The USERNAME is your last name and the PASSWORD is your UA International Card Number. If you have not been issued an International Card Number, try the last four of your social security number. If that does not work, please contact the training office.

There are no spaces or apostrophe in the login name, therefore if your last name is O'Neill then your user name would be oneill. If your last name is Van Duren, then your username is simply vanduren.
